MOTION MOSAICDANNEVIRKE

Stop, step back, tell

Safety boundary

Use a calm stop-and-escalate pattern without diagnosing, clearing or privately recording a concern.

Step one

Stop

End the movement and bring the group to a visible calm edge. Do not diagnose, film, crowd or pressure a participant to explain publicly or resume.

Keep ordinary access open and notice whether the real situation requires immediate adult or emergency attention.

Step two

Step back

Act only within your role, consent, training and the current procedure. The app cannot inspect equipment, assess injury, supervise a child or determine whether a person or place is safe.

Step three

Tell

Hand the concern to the responsible adult, venue contact, qualified professional or New Zealand emergency services as appropriate. The app has no call button, response team, reporting inbox or monitoring function.

Possible injury

Stop activity and use current first-aid, clinical and emergency guidance.

Equipment concern

Remove it from use and refer it to the owner or suitable provider.

Surface or access concern

Report it to the responsible venue person; do not certify a fix.

Safeguarding concern

Use the organisation's current safeguarding and reporting route.
